2. The AI companion is a discipline tool, not a trading signal

Drift alerts, rule audits, behavior-pattern detection, the tilt meter, cadence streaks, and all coaching outputs are discipline-coaching features designed to enforce the rules you define. They are not trading signals, profitability predictors, or indicators of investment suitability.

A clean cadence streak does not mean you are a profitable trader, and it does not mean you will be profitable in the future. The tool measures rule-adherence; the rules — and whether they actually produce edge — are entirely your responsibility.

3. Past payouts don't predict future results

Any payout data, P&L figures, or ROI metrics displayed on TradeTempo reflect historical, self-reported data. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals.

4. Self-reported & ingested data

Trading data on TradeTempo is either entered manually by you or ingested directly from your trading platform via the Chrome extension. We don't independently verify the accuracy of any trading data, account balance, payout, or performance metric. Garbage in, garbage out — if your broker feed is wrong, the dashboard will be wrong too.

5. AI limitations

AI-generated outputs (rule audits, coach replies, weekly digest narratives, behavior-pattern summaries) are produced by large language models. They can be wrong, incomplete, or internally-contradictory. They are directional hints for your review, not ground truth.

We don't guarantee that every rule violation will be flagged or that every flag will be a real violation. False positives and false negatives are expected and inevitable.

6. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Consult a qualified financial professional before making any financial decision. TradeTempo assumes no responsibility or liability for any losses you may incur as a result of trading, rule design, or reliance on any feature of the Service.

7. Prop firm risk

Proprietary trading firms carry their own risks: loss of evaluation fees, account termination, payout-rule changes, and platform downtime. TradeTempo is not affiliated with any prop firm and does not endorse or recommend any specific firm. Cost-tracking and ROI features are bookkeeping tools, not endorsements.

8. Chrome extension behavior

The Chrome extension is a passive observer of your broker session. It reads already-authenticated network responses; it does not place trades, modify orders, or change broker behavior. If the extension misses a fill (network failure, broker schema change, bug), the dashboard will not reflect that trade until you enter it manually. See Extension Privacy.

9. Regional limitations

TradeTempo is designed for futures and prop-firm traders globally, but is not tailored to any specific jurisdiction. Local laws on financial-tool advertising, tax treatment, and consumer protection vary. You are responsible for confirming use is legal in your jurisdiction.
